I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We aim to ship orders promptly. Please allow 5-6 days for production before your order is shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided 3-5 days after your order is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us via email.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average international shipping time is 15-25 business days and 1-2 business days in Hong Kong.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.Please inform us via email if you discover any errors in the provided address. 


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We want you to love your purchase, but due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for body jewellery. However, if your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days with clear photos of the issue, and we'll be happy to resend the item for you.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process order cancellations. However, if you wish to change to another item, please email us within 3 days of placing your order, and we will be happy to assist you with the change.
